The Deposit Seed House is nestled within the small hamlet of Deposit, NY. This Town has very convenient access off Route 17-NY (Future 86), in Either direction. The East Branch of the Delaware River front is also renowned for its World-class fly fishing. Each apartment offers excellent accommodations, perfect for Business and Leisure travelers alike. Guests shall be able to Access their Individual Apartment, Common Hallways, and Rear Parking Lot, via Front & Rear building access. Guests are free to use the Coin-Operated Washers & Dryers in the newly renovated basement LAUNDRY ROOM. Prior to Check-In, each guest will be furnished an Access Code, along with the House Rules, in order to enter into their Apartment. The DEPOSIT SEED HOUSE was initially a Seed growing & packaging factory, built in 1915 by J.J. Bell. During the 1950's, it partly served as a Middle School for a short period, during New school construction. The SEED HOUSE closed in the early 60's and was then converted into a Multi-Dwelling building, having several apartments. The entire building was gutted & renovated from 2020 to 2024. There are (9) Brand New BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS for your choosing. The Original factory Pine floors were repaired and renewed, throughout the Entire building. The building retains its Original Block Building Exterior, including All Window & Door openings, which provides Excellent natural lighting and access. Please note: This building is Not ADA-equipped. A large parking area is located in the Rear of building, serviced by (2) driveways, perfect for small trailers. The Common Hallways exhibit many interesting paintings & prints for your enjoyment. The DEPOSIT SEED HOUSE is a very Warm, Quiet, and Secure building. To date, ALL guests have thoroughly Enjoyed their stay at this unique building.
