GALLERY DESCRIPTION

The Original Attic & Designated Factory Recreational room has been transformed into a Spectacular open space, which must be seen to appreciate. The Original factory Flooring has been restored to a Gymnasium Luster & truly enhances the space. There are approximately (20) windows allowing in a tremendous amount of Natural Light. A 10' diameter Celling Fan completely Cools the entire space. There are (4) Main Trusses, spanning this building, which maintains Original wood framing, having a 24' Ridge to Center floor Height. The Entire area features Closed cell foam with an Intumescent coating, maintaining Heating and Cooling conditions. We are Currently seeking Invitations to view this Space, which would be perfect for an Art Gallery, Photography Studio, etc.
